[Complete WTF Hack for slime-setup?

 Uhh... defining slime-fancy to itself so that slime-setup-contribs
 doesn't barf. I have no idea why (require 'slime-fancy) causes a void
 variable error and *nothing else does*, but it does right, and I have
 no clue what the Hell is going on.
